JA Leading Ladies connects businesswomen and outstanding female high school students in the Baltimore area to celebrate successes, develop talents, capture new opportunities and inspire the next generation of women leaders. You'll experience inspiring presentations and participate in meaningful mentor activities that will help the young women participants gain insight into the possibilities available to them, in a supportive environment where their voices are heard.
